Ingredients -4 Chicken breast(boneless)
-3Garlic cloves -1 lemon -1/4 cup olive oil -1Tbsp Black pepper -1Tbsp salt -1 bunch fresh thyme sprigs (about 1/2 cup)
Method 1-In a bowl combine the olive oil, minced garlic,lemon juice ,ground black pepper, mix well, in the same bowl marinate the chiken on both sides.
2-on a pan on medium high heat , cook the chicken steaks for more than a 4 minutes on each side.
3- Add some olive oil,and thyme to the pan. Raise the heat to high and baste the steak in the oil for about 2 minutes.Transfer the steak to a plate and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
